We set up a dedicated concierge desk for VIPs attending the international conference, providing comprehensive support throughout their stay. Arrangements were made to ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, as well as seamless transportation to and from the conference venue.
We also arranged and accompanied official inspections, provided interpretation services, and responded flexibly to personal requests such as recommending excellent nearby restaurants. Our goal was to ensure a comfortable and fulfilling stay for each guest.
