The editor-in-chief of a major foreign media company came to Japan to cover tourist spots in Japan, and we were in charge of supporting his tour around the country. Based on the pre-determined spots to be visited, we prepared a detailed itinerary and arranged reservations for lodging, transportation, food and beverage, and various facilities.
On the day of the interview, we accompanied the client and acted as local interpreter, flexibly adjusting our schedule as the interview progressed. We also provided support to ensure a smooth and fulfilling interview.
